I waited 7 days to be told that I had corrosion on a part that did not allow my starter to work. On the day that I called to what was happening the told me there were working on it without notifying me prior that did not allow my starter to work. On the day that I called to what was happening the told me there were working on it without notifying me prior to the start of the service I received a message 9 minutes after my phone call to let me know they started the work and it should be ready by 11 am. I spent nearly 500.00 for the service out of that 500.00 56.00 was on parts. The rest on Labor. I’m I’ve contacted fox 5 to expose this over price gouge. I’ve I’m a new customer I’ve used you for other repairs and auto body repair also. But this was un acceptable. I’m sure people just give in to this. I’m not. More
