Courteous , professional. Great service. Reasonable prices They are best of any dealers I have been to in my 68 years. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. I pass by several other dealerships. There nothing particularly wrong with those dealerships in my experience. Hayes is just better. My vehicle drives better and I feel safer in today's traffic. Driving is important in today's society and I feel the dealership does a better job. More

They’re incompeyent I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I went in with 1/2 of tank of gas when I picked it up it was on the reserve. I still can figure that one out. More

This is an easy review to give to a team whom is committed! Good Morning Mr. Hayes, I brought my 2015 Dodge Challenger in 4 major 60,000 mile service a 8000 miles early and some electrical diagnostics To be Good Morning Mr. Hayes, I brought my 2015 Dodge Challenger in 4 major 60,000 mile service a 8000 miles early and some electrical diagnostics To be performed On August 28th. I gave them the time and I did not complain I did not ask for a loaner....I just want to say that Hayes Chrysler service department techs did a fantastic job with all preventative maintenance services and the initial complaints that I came in for for the electrical issues. They have fantastic technicians the are worth the money To spend if you want a great job done! My service advisor Smitty was absolutely fabulous he is a 21 year plus certified Chrysler adviser he knows his stuff his communication is outstanding. More

Best sales service ever! Took my 2010 Dodge Caliber in for service, to find out it was going to cost me nearly $1,000 and way too much money to fix . So I figure I'm going to Took my 2010 Dodge Caliber in for service, to find out it was going to cost me nearly $1,000 and way too much money to fix . So I figure I'm going to use it as a trade in & get something new. Tory in the service department introduced me to Paul Sanguedolce, who in turn worked with me on payment options, makes, models and " you know girls" colors! I absolutely love my new 2017 Jeep Patriot and would suggest you go talk to Paul Sanguedolce and Ernest Clark in. the finance dept. They are the Dynamic Duo for car sales and you don't even need a bat signal! More

Issue not resolved I paid over $1,000 for repairs and the issue is still not resolved. Wouldn't recommend. Won't return. Apparently the technicians don't have a clue. Warranty item Took Wrangler in for radiator leak and it was repaired same day. It was a pleasant experience with the loaner car as well. I'd recommend Hayes.
