The ladies in the service area helping customers were amazing. Both of them were friendly and did above and beyond! I heard them talking to other customers and I was very impressed. When it was my turn they showed compassion, listened and answered all my questions. The only problem I had was that no shuttle was available on the weekend. They also didn’t know how long my software update would take so I got a ride home. Then got a call tat 2:30 saying my car was ready and the service shop closes at 3. I live in Grayson so I want able to get an u bed in time before closing. Luckily the ladies were able to leave the keys in my vehicle and when j arrived I brought my spare. I wish I would have gotten a call sooner so I could have had time to ge there before closing. More
