Not only was our experience easy, but the people at Hayes Dodge Chrysler were friendly, honest and very courteous. We actually didn’t start at Hayes looking for cars, but we wished we had. A previous dealer tried to sell us a car that we told him we didn’t want and another dealer was clueless as to what cars are on the lot and what things (such as rear AC) were available in some models of cars we were looking at. Needless to say, we walked up and ended up at Hayes, and so glad for it. The finance lady, Magdalena, was able to get us an awesome percentage rate, better than we thought. We walked out happy with a monthly payment less than what we thought we would be able to get. You will get that bad car buying experience from other dealers, but not at Hayes! Thank you! More

This was the least difficult buying experience I've ever had Found a Certiifed Pre owned car online that was at this dealer. I live near Knoxville, TN, so I had to call the dealer and couldn't just drop in. Wh Found a Certiifed Pre owned car online that was at this dealer. I live near Knoxville, TN, so I had to call the dealer and couldn't just drop in. When I called, I talked to Abez who was friendly and helpful. After a little negotiation on price, and the typical "I need to talk to my manager", we finally agreed on a price where I feel we both "won". The negotiating was the least difficult I have ever had at any dealer ever. I told them I'd be bringing a check from by bank and there was no argument or high pressure tactics to try to get me to finance through them. I told him I just wanted a quick and easy purchase with no hassle, and that's what Abez made it. I rented a car and drove down to Atlanta (Lawrenceville) once we had worked out everything by phone. Upon arrival, I met with Abez and we immediately went to look at the car. He waited very patiently as I inspected it thoroughly. When I inspect used cars, I do far more than most people. He was patient the whole time as I inspected for any unreported damage, made sure there were no repainted areas, and even hooked up my diagnostic scanner to check the entire vehicle computer. After everything checked out, we went on a test drive and then returned to the dealer to complete the paperwork. Abez got all the paperwork together quickly and efficiently. At this point, I was expecting the high pressure stuff of extra scotch guard treatments and rust protection and all the other unnecessary nonsense that dealers push to try to squeeze every penny out of a buyer. However, there was none of that. He presented the paperwork exactly as we discussed on the phone and everything went very smoothly. There was a bit of a wait to speak to the lady in the finance office (there always is. Seriously, why is there always a wait for the finance people??). The finance lady then completed the final paperwork without issue and I was on my way. Overall, this was the least painful car buying experience I've ever had. The hardest part was probably signing all the paperwork since I was out of state which pretty much doubled all the papers to sign. I would definitely recommend Abez and this dealership based on my experience. More

My wife and I was greeted by Paul with an attitude of not o I set up an appointment with Paul Sanguedolce to view a 2016 Ram 4x4 on Saturday at 1 pm. My wife and I was greeted by Paul with an attitude of not of a pushy demeanor, but one that was relaxed and inviting. Test drove and knew this is truck I wanted. However, I was unable to get this particular used truck. With Paul’s determination to get me into a truck, he and Magdalena, Finance Manager, was able to put me into a brand new Ram. After Paul patiently pulling 3 trucks around for me to view, and even though 4 hours later and Paul’s patience to get me into the truck I truly loved, we were able to make the deal! Magdalena also worked with my wife and I to search for the exact truck I wanted, and not just settling. She searched, figured and came up with the perfect truck! Paul is truly the Salesman of all Salesmen, as his positive attitude throughout the whole process never turned negative not even once! I would Highly Recommend Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and be sure to ask for Paul Sanguedolce, as he will meet all your needs! Thanks for helping me get into my truck! More
