I enjoyed my experience and was able to accomplish exactly what I was looking to do - trade in my vehicle, have a lower payment, and not have to pay transfer tax for my out of state plates. exactly what I was looking to do - trade in my vehicle, have a lower payment, and not have to pay transfer tax for my out of state plates. I’m disappointed. We drove 3 hours to purchase a used truck from them that they had on car gurus. Everyone was nice and the truck was exactly what we wanted. We had We drove 3 hours to purchase a used truck from them that they had on car gurus. Everyone was nice and the truck was exactly what we wanted. We had already did most of our paperwork for financing on line. Once we signed papers, I thought the experience was great until I looked at the paperwork more closely. We were shown paperwork on our monthly payments but never the actual price of the truck and fees. Once looking at our paperwork we noticed that the price of the truck was 1000. Higher than listed and fees were tacked on that no one will call us back to explain. More

Service Department Experience - A Letdown After some Years of Loyalty I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership—I’ve purchased two vehicles here and referred six other people, all of whom bought Years of Loyalty I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership—I’ve purchased two vehicles here and referred six other people, all of whom bought cars. I’ve always had an excellent experience on the sales and finance side—truly 120%. They’ve consistently treated me with care and respect. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the service department. I brought my vehicle in for a computer error, which was fixed efficiently. While it was there, a recall was addressed as well—something I agreed to because it was necessary and covered. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed the engine felt different—stuttering, hiccupping, and a strong antifreeze smell. Later that day, antifreeze was leaking everywhere, and I had to have the car towed back to the dealership. I was told the part that failed had “nothing to do with the recall,” which I don’t believe is fully accurate. It’s all connected to the same system. Regardless, I was made to pay entirely out of pocket for that first repair—no accountability was taken. Then, after that was repaired, a second leak was discovered. This time, I was only charged for parts while labor was covered—but I still believe that at minimum, both situations should have been split 50/50. Given the timing and the nature of the issues, I feel the dealership should’ve taken full responsibility. Two weeks later, my car is still not running right—it’s hiccuping, misfiring, and I still smell antifreeze. And through all of this, no effort was made to offer compensation for a rental car, which is critical for me because I rely on my vehicle for my business. Every day without it costs me money. What’s most disappointing is how I felt dismissed. The service manager brushed me off, and I felt like my loyalty, referrals, and long-standing relationship meant nothing. It’s disheartening, especially when the sales and finance team have always treated me like family. I expected better. I needed transparency, accountability, and support—not indifference. More
