From the beginning of my visit, there were so many issues, after the 3rd one, I was over it. The way I was handled was such terrible customer service. I appreciated that at least Dusty Hayes refunded issues, after the 3rd one, I was over it. The way I was handled was such terrible customer service. I appreciated that at least Dusty Hayes refunded me the $323 dollars I spent on a bulb for my jeep after I pushed for it. I missed countless hours at work, drove over an hour, 3 diff times due to the lack of their mechanic, and they blamed me and Dusty Hayes basically talked to me like I was the problem bc I stood up for myself ......WON'T EVER RETURN AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW DOES EITHER!!!!! More

Overall an average experience: They were knowledgeable and transparent on financing rates. The price on Autotrader and their website were different and the salesman had to ask if they would honor the and transparent on financing rates. Also, the price on the their website was apparently only the price if you finance with them. I read the fine print and it was not obvious to the average consumer about this price. Lastly, and i think all dealers do this, they throw in mandatory costs as you are signing the bill of sale. A mandatory Lo Jack fee that was never disclosed until i was at the signing table. More
