I was notified when the car was being washed so that I could pick it up. Everything was thoroughly explained and he walked me to where I paid the bill, there was no guessing or directions, we just went together. My car was washed and I was greatly satisfied. More

Oil in the streets I ran afoul of a chunk of concrete and it took out a big piece of my oil pan. It was not far from home but I left an oil trail down the road. Neal was helpful as always and was willing to work with me in the event an insurance claim was necessary. The engine got a new oil pan and was refilled with oil. They checked it carefully and gave it a test drive to be sure that there was no additional damage. Paying for repairs is never fun but I’m confident about the repair and grateful that VW builds such tough vehicles. More
