Went in for an oil change, due to these crazy times and short staff issues.. they were running behind on their schedule. Kayla and Justin the service manager went WELL above and beyond to accommodate me f short staff issues.. they were running behind on their schedule. Had my CX-9 in for a major part replacement. While the time waiting on the part to arrive was ridiculous, the service team did a good job. New loaner, helped out with an emergent moving need, car was rep time waiting on the part to arrive was ridiculous, the service team did a good job.
