I dropped my car off at 9:00AM to have a remote starter installed and was told it would be approximately 4 hours. I asked that the service wrench light be adjusted since I was not due for an oil change ye installed and was told it would be approximately 4 hours. I asked that the service wrench light be adjusted since I was not due for an oil change yet. I was also asked if I would like the car washed, and said yes. I called at 4:00 PM to inquire about the status of my car. I was told that “they did not bring it back yet”. I was never informed that the car would be leaving the dealership and had no idea where my car was.. I arrived at the dealership at 5:30, just as the car was returning. I was not shown how to use the remote, just that “the instructions are in the box”. A service technician had to be called to adjust the service wrench per my request and the vehicle never did get washed. A very frustrating service experience; as I had a 6 PM appointment which forced an unnecessary and frustrating shuffling of my family’s vehicles and schedules. More
