Great knowledgeable people in the service department. I am disabled and just had a question regarding the programable maintenance in the infotainment system on a 2021 CX-9 carbon edition. The service agent (can't remember his name) walked outside and was able to answer and resolved my doubt. By doing so, he help me avoid the painful task of getting in/out of the vehicle and in too a wheelchair. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help, when my daughter requested his assistance. Due to this instance and other great experiences, which included buying two Mazda vehicles since 2016. Our family would like to thank Hawk Mazda Plainfield for their great staff and amazing dealership!
