Called in to see if Hawk Mazda would honor another local Mazda dealers service price. This was a readily available promotion through the Mazda owner app and the other dealers webste. When I called in, I Mazda dealers service price. This was a readily available promotion through the Mazda owner app and the other dealers webste. When I called in, I was placed on hold and the representative stated she checked with a manager and they would honor it. Upon arriving later that morning, I was initially told no they don't honor other dealer coupons. It wasn't until I had to debate back and forth that they agreed to honor it. I can accept their guidelines of not matching another dealers service promo however don't tell me yes and then tell me no at the time of the appointment. More
