I spent a considerable amount of time researching my new car purchase. I drove from dealership to dealership test driving every car in my price range. I made an appointment with Michael to test-drive a Ma car purchase. I drove from dealership to dealership test driving every car in my price range. I made an appointment with Michael to test-drive a MazdaSpeed 3; and after the test-drive, I knew that it was the car that I wanted. I had several loose ends to tie up with other dealers, and I wanted to give them a chance to counter the fantastic price that I was given by Michael. Most of the other dealerships balked at the number and wished me good luck; one dealer did EVERYTHING that they could to keep my business. In the end it was the quality of products, attentive service, knowledge of the product, and the time and respect that I was given at Bill Jacobs Mazda Mitsubishi, by the entire staff that brought me back and ultimately, between my salesman Michael and Jim in finance, they got me into my beautiful new car. I am in the process of narrowing down my search for a new car with decent mileage. I have a 10 year old truck that does not get good mileage.
