Brought my daughters car in for warranty service. There was a snafu with Mazda corporate. The warranty had expired by a couple of days while waiting for the parts ti come in. Brought my CX-5 in because the front driver’s side tweeter (small speaker) would go out every now and then. I was provided a clean CX-5 for a loaner while they had my car which made it very convenient tweeter (small speaker) would go out every now and then. I was provided a clean CX-5 for a loaner while they had my car which made it very convenient for me. They replaced the tweeter at no charge (it was under warranty) quickly and got my car back to me. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought it in! Excellent service! Manny, Dave & Justin are all very friendly and great guys! I highly recommend Hawk Mazda for all of your service!
