I arrived at Hawk Mazda for my appointment - oil change and a portion of the 60000mi check-up. I was going to wait but Robert M. offered a loaner. He thought a CX-3 might be available. I declined becaus and a portion of the 60000mi check-up. I was going to wait but Robert M. offered a loaner. He thought a CX-3 might be available. I declined because I had driven that vehicle model as a loaner before. While I appreciated the use of a loaner to go about my business that day, I was greatly disappointed in its high fuel consumption. I added "unless you have a sedan available." He said he would check. He returned with a Mazda 6 for me! Yay Robert! I was VERY happy with my Mazda 6 loaner. I love Mazda - the vehicle, the philosophy, this dealership, and my Mazda 3 stickshift!! More
