My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience at Hawk Mazda, Joliet purchasing a 2019 Mazda CX-3 Touring edition for our college age daughter. GSM Bryan & our sales rep Danny answered all my questions; Mazda, Joliet purchasing a 2019 Mazda CX-3 Touring edition for our college age daughter. GSM Bryan & our sales rep Danny answered all my questions; initially via text & phone, & in person upon arrival at the dealership to test drive the car. The car was as advertised, the price was fair, & they got us a great finance rate! Danny was very knowledgeable about the car, helped my daughter sync her I-phone with touch screen, set up trial SirrusXM, & showed her how to install Mazda App on her phone. The dealership will also be installing Apple CarPlay & a remote start in a few weeks. Both men were courteous, professional, & I am happy to say- not your typical pressuring salesmen with the back & forth haggling over price. They were forthright, to the point, & they left the buying decision up to us which I very much appreciated. Basically bought my 21 Miata over the phone with Sales Mgr Tim Fehr. Great price no hassle. I came in a few days later, worked with Cust Rep Ernie and left just over an hour later.
