Hawk Mazda and James Wolff thoughtfully listened to what my needs and expectations were as a new vehicle buyer. James thoughtfully presented options to me that were in scope with my initial search, but als my needs and expectations were as a new vehicle buyer. Although this is expected behavior in car dealership setting, the intent, approach, and overall experience is not always the same between dealerships and sales departments. James did this very respectfully to where felt heard throughout the entire process whether I was in agreeance or objection. The end result: I ended up with a vehicle that I feel very confident about and that is much more suited to what I truly wanted. I look forward to returning to Hawk Mazda throughout the lifecycle of my vehicle, and I will happily refer others there (and to James) as a result of my experience. More

Car not PDI for delivery. Pushback from J Woods in Service when tried to schedule. No attempt from Ernie to show Owner's Manual or intro to Service Dept. Sent me down the road on a car with NO Pre Del Service when tried to schedule. No attempt from Ernie to show Owner's Manual or intro to Service Dept. Sent me down the road on a car with NO Pre Delivery Inspection performed. Great car, easy deal, but Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Pro: quick and easy. Good price Con: quick doesn't mean good.service. If you feel like you are.bring rushed, slow the deal down. Make sure car has passed PDI and is detailed before you take delivery. More
