My experience with James Wolff at Hawk Mazda was nothing short of perfect! I was very specific with exactly what I wanted! I was also very adamant on not wanting to “waste” to much of my time within the dea short of perfect! I was very specific with exactly what I wanted! Overall very poor experience. They got my name wrong on all the papers, charged for dealer options that weren't Installed at time of purchase, and didn't return any of my calls when trying to correct this. all the papers, charged for dealer options that weren't Installed at time of purchase, and didn't return any of my calls when trying to correct this. Once you buy from them they don't want to talk to you anymore. I still have some questions but doubt I'll be able to get a hold of anyone to get some answers. Hawk Mazda and James Wolff thoughtfully listened to what my needs and expectations were as a new vehicle buyer. James thoughtfully presented options to me that were in scope with my initial search, but als my needs and expectations were as a new vehicle buyer. James thoughtfully presented options to me that were in scope with my initial search, but also presented me with reasonable options beyond what I was looking for to help guide my search. Although this is expected behavior in car dealership setting, the intent, approach, and overall experience is not always the same between dealerships and sales departments. James did this very respectfully to where felt heard throughout the entire process whether I was in agreeance or objection. The end result: I ended up with a vehicle that I feel very confident about and that is much more suited to what I truly wanted. I look forward to returning to Hawk Mazda throughout the lifecycle of my vehicle, and I will happily refer others there (and to James) as a result of my experience. More
