I was totally satisfied with Dan during the purchase of my 2021 Mazda MX-5 last week. We drove 32 miles from Schaumburg because they had color and model MX-5 that we wanted. Overall very poor experience. They got my name wrong on all the papers, charged for dealer options that weren't Installed at time of purchase, and didn't return any of my calls when trying to correct this. all the papers, charged for dealer options that weren't Installed at time of purchase, and didn't return any of my calls when trying to correct this.
