I have brought my truck in for service twice for the same problem (Engine light), and the dealer has twice ignored my concerns and gone about "repairing the problem." I recommend that this dealer train its advisors on customer service, with a focus on active listening. It turns out that after two visits to this dealer, nothing was fixed. This was noticed by a different dealer, raising my concerns about the quality and assurance that this Hatfield dealer provides. I do not expect to return at all after these negative experiences. I recommend that fellow GMC vehicle owners ask questions and request a second opinion after their initial visit to Hatfield GMC. More
