He worked until closing time until he got us the deal I could afford, and promised he would have the Encore clean and ready for pick up the next day. He was great and not pushy through the entire process. One of the owner's daughters also stopped by and after our lovely chat, I was convinced to work with Hatfield. The team is awesome.
