Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your recent service visit. You gave approval in person to do the repairs after going over the estimate with our service advisor. We do sell our parts at MSRP, we unfortunately cannot sustain our business if we sell them at cost. We also sell the jobs by the repair, not how long the repair takes to complete, like electricians, plumbers, etc. do it. That is a CA standard. We were not trying to mislead or over charge you. We work very hard to price all our repairs at a fair price. Please reach out to our manager, Henry Adame at 909-793-3238 if there is anything else we can do for you.
