Terrible Service Department Hastings Ford is a joke. I contacted them over 2 months ago to repair the airbag on my Ford due to a recall notice. Initially they told me I was on Hastings Ford is a joke. I contacted them over 2 months ago to repair the airbag on my Ford due to a recall notice. Initially they told me I was on a wait list for the part (I was number 10 supposedly) and they estimated a 2-3 week wait. That was on April 10th. I called them 5 times since then and still no part and they didn't know when it would come in. Finally got tired of waiting and called Doug Henry Ford in Ayden. Six days later they call to tell me they have the part that Hastings claimed they couldn't get for over 2 months! I've had other bad experiences with Hastings in the past - (including telling me filters needed to be changed (within 2 months of new ones being put in!!). You're better off taking your car to Ayden! Longer drive if you live in Greenville but at least competent service! More

Pleasant Surprise I have been a satisfied F150 Lariat customer since 1997. When looking at new F150's, I realized that I wanted a new Lariat and to meet my desires it I have been a satisfied F150 Lariat customer since 1997. When looking at new F150's, I realized that I wanted a new Lariat and to meet my desires it had to have the 502A package and several other specific options. I also wanted to get it in White Gold. I would have been happy with a 2,7 Eco Boost but I could not wait to order one. I found what I wanted at Hastings but had to settle for the 5L 8. It may burn a little more gas, but it is extremely smooth and quiet. Once the trailer brake controller is installed it will be perfect for an aluminum horse trailer. Now I hope it will give me 199,000 miles like the 2004 did. More
