Welcoming and friendly environment Jose Hernandez was my sales men when I was at Hasting Ford. He answered all my question thoroughly and explain it to me in a way I can understand. Terrible Service Department Hastings Ford is a joke. I contacted them over 2 months ago to repair the airbag on my Ford due to a recall notice. Initially they told me I was on Hastings Ford is a joke. I contacted them over 2 months ago to repair the airbag on my Ford due to a recall notice. Initially they told me I was on a wait list for the part (I was number 10 supposedly) and they estimated a 2-3 week wait. That was on April 10th. I called them 5 times since then and still no part and they didn't know when it would come in. Finally got tired of waiting and called Doug Henry Ford in Ayden. Six days later they call to tell me they have the part that Hastings claimed they couldn't get for over 2 months! I've had other bad experiences with Hastings in the past - (including telling me filters needed to be changed (within 2 months of new ones being put in!!). You're better off taking your car to Ayden! Longer drive if you live in Greenville but at least competent service! More
