Day to drive there w/ my trade and title. Called before the drive only to find out it was at another dealership Definitely not a happy camper. Following day saw on my mobile banking insurance premium was taken out. Well no car out of pocket hence cancelling policy being charged for 3 days and takes 10 to 14 business days for a credit. So back to drawing board to buy from one who values and respects customer needs Total disregard in providing a new customer w/ information. . More
