Best vehicle purchase experience ever! We were looking to trade down from a Ford F250 to a Silverado. I met with Randy late on a Saturday evening after a horrible experience at CARMAX. Ran We were looking to trade down from a Ford F250 to a Silverado. I met with Randy late on a Saturday evening after a horrible experience at CARMAX. Randy was able to locate a new 2015 Silverado just like I was looking for in Bourbonnais, IL. They made a much better offer on my trade than carmax did. I came back in the following Monday and , unlike most dealers, handed the keys to my trade back to me after they appraised it (unlike most dealers who want to hide your keys from you while you negotiate). Randy was able to get enough incentive money to get the Silverado down $12,000 off of the sticker, and he got the new truck to Salem for us the next day. . Randy was very down to earth, like the kind of guy you'd enjoy drinking a few beers with, unlike most salesmen who you can tell are full of crap the second you meet them. My next GM purchase will definitely be from Hartwell Chevrolet. More

Every other dealership I went to was not listening to me and pushing me into buying a car I didn't like. I went to Hartnell Chevy, told them what I wanted, and they got me in the car I asked for. They were so laid back, no pushy car sales man feel, and worked hard to get me what I wanted without making me wait at the store or hold up my day. I will DEFINATELY be back to Hartnell Chevy for my next purchase and have advised my friends and family to do the same. More
