Friendly and Honest! I worked with Jerry Cooper and Mike Misurelli and they were helpful and friendly. This was my first time going though the car buying process and they I worked with Jerry Cooper and Mike Misurelli and they were helpful and friendly. This was my first time going though the car buying process and they were very honest and patient. They are a wealth of knowledge and never made me feel dumb or pressured. It was a great experience and my perception of a salesman was proven wrong. I would recommend them and go back in the future! More

Turned a difficult decision into the best decision. I bought our initial vehicle at Hartnell back in 2011, through Randy. I ordered a brand new truck to my specifications and I LOVED that truck. He made I bought our initial vehicle at Hartnell back in 2011, through Randy. I ordered a brand new truck to my specifications and I LOVED that truck. He made that experience awesome. Over the last 5 years, life changed as did our vehicle needs. I had too much vehicle and needed to be more practical. Randy again stepped up to the plate and gave me options, never pushing one over the other or being a stereotypical salesman. In fact I will honestly say he kept me thinking "Practical" as I tend to get side tracked with shiney things! I drove out with a beautiful new car, PERFECT for our needs with a couple fancy features to boot and spent less than I thought I would. More
