I was a desperate single father and desperately needed a vehicle. My credit wasn’t good and my friend was with me the lied when they said she would be a co-signer and what they said they were giving us for vehicle. My credit wasn’t good and my friend was with me the lied when they said she would be a co-signer and what they said they were giving us for the car they charged for. They charged me $20,000 over the sticker price of car my friend was only co-signing to help m and in 6 months they said I could refinance. When I tried is when we found out that they did a bait and switch and made her a co borrower instead and that I would need to pay $19,000 down more on the car to refinance. To do that to a single parent and an elderly person simply unconscious. Will not ever recommend this place and will let anyone I can know to be ware More

I just purchased a car from Harris Mitsubishi and Stephen Edwards. Great experience! Stephen dialed right in to what I needed based on what I told him, then showed me several different options and price rang Edwards. Great experience! Stephen dialed right in to what I needed based on what I told him, then showed me several different options and price ranges. He was straight forward and not pushy which is huge for me. They were able to get me a great interest rate (better than BECU) and now I have a new car with the same payment as my previous car but with all the bells and whistles of a new car. LOVE IT! More

I put in on that website for more information and Estelle called me back within 5 min. I asked her even stating the prices that it was at asking if that was right because it seemed crazy low. She confirmed that was indeed the price and if I wanted to come in to test drive the car she could make an appointment. She even went as far to explain that they try to clear out the inventory before Black Friday and that what I found was like an extremely good coupon. That I needed to just screenshot it and bring it in with me and they would honor that price. To the next day I go in for my scheduled appointment they page Estelle and we are sitting there waiting for 20 min and she never showed. The guy who originally paged her came over and saw we were still waiting and went to go find her. He came back because he couldn't find her and went to help us himself. He explained to us a completely different story that the car we were originally there for was a typo on Carfax and that they couldn't do that price. That Estelle didn't know it was that much of a difference she thought it was less. Which isn't right she knew and instructed me differently. It was already extremely frustrating to deal with. Robert helped us himself and found us a car that was within our means and had some of the things of what we are looking for. It was really nice of him to help. I do wish I had done more research on the car we bought because for the year and make of the car I'm seeing it at way lower prices now in the area. We paid 12500 for the car and I'm seeing it for as low as 10000. Without a chip in the windshield and wear on the steering wheel. Kind of regret purchasing the car now and we still haven't received it. They needed to detail the car still. Overall frustrating experience and questioning if I made the right choice purchasing this car. A feeling that has stuck with me since we handed the check over. Robert was extremely nice and did the best he could with what we gave him. He gave us another car to drive while we wait for ours. Do your research before coming here and expect the prices to deviate from what was advertised online. Robert was the redeeming factor of this visit if he didn't help us I would have walked out. More
double check for missing items before you buy Hi, I bought a white 2017 Mirage G4 at your dealership at 12620 Hwy 99 S, Everett, WA 98204 on 11/16/19. My agent was Estela. The car had only 2500 miles on it and was never sold outside of the dealer, so it is pretty much a new car, and that's the key reason why I bought it. But it misses a lot of things: there was nothing in the glove box, no owners manual, warranty or any other certificate; there is a spare tire in the trunk but no tools so I won't be able to use it; and I was given only one key. I asked for the second key, all the manuals and certificates, and the missing tools, before leaving the dealership on 11/16/19, and followed up with several calls afterward. It's been a week now and I still haven't received anything or the callback. Any help would be highly appreciated! More

I don’t understand why all these other people have had so many issues, I bought 2 vehicles in 2015, one in 2016, and one in 2018, staff has changed a little, but still great service. 5 stars....I have bought 2 new Mitsubishi Lancers, and 2 used Ford trucks, The first pick up I traded in for the 2nd, I’ve had no problems with them. Thanks guys!! More

The sales said carfax mistook his car as a rental car (I hope I used CarGuru rather than TrueCar at that time, TrueCar mistakenly marked it manual and didn't show it's rental as CarGuru did), covered the scratches with dust and bird xxxx reasoning it as a car from CA on Saturday afternoon, big obvious scratches showed up after their carwash on Sunday morning, then the sales had been avoiding visit, msg, phone calls with every excuse. The manager said they will do some touchup on Monday and call me back by EOD, no response. Went there on Thursday he ate his words and even laughed at us saying it's our mistake that we didn't find out the scratches and they had no responsibility to tell the conditions of the car and he's happy to see we educated ourselves after this... We chose this dealer because it's a franchise rather than a private dealer, which turns out to be a mistake! Now they are threatening me even though I've not paid them and they are holding the car, because I signed the contract. I may not be able to get out of this, yet for upcoming buyers: be careful, DO NOT BELIEVE IN ANY WORD THEY SAY until it's specifically written in the contract. More
Typical Used Car Experience Sold me a used car with 1 key and told me after the contract was signed only 1 key was being provided. Acted like they didn't know. Tried to give me Sold me a used car with 1 key and told me after the contract was signed only 1 key was being provided. Acted like they didn't know. Tried to give me a higher interest rate but when I questioned it, they gave me a lower one. Then called me back 7 days later and told me they could not give me the lower interest rate as it was not available. Had to send someone up to me to resign all of the paperwork. And lastly, the vehicle I was getting was supposed to be a Ford Certified used vehicle. That would be great if the air conditioning worked. Luckily it was under warranty, so I had to waste my time taking it to the dealer to get fixed. Overall, terrible experience with all of the above including being threatened by the General Manager and another salesperson with taking my contract/vehicle away from me after the contract was signed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Your typical car/used car salesman experience. More
I dove 5 hours to see a Toyota Tacoma that had engine issues and an oil leak. I was told the car looked brand new and had no issues. When I arrived the car was 20% touch up paint. Because all I heard issues and an oil leak. I was told the car looked brand new and had no issues. When I arrived the car was 20% touch up paint. Because all I heard were lies I decided not to buy from the jerks that had me drive all the way from Atlanta. What did they expect? Undermining the buyer and expecting to hide and cover all issues of a car with lies. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever encountered. More
