My wife and I received nothing but superb customer service from the sales team at Harrelson Nissan. We first met Brian Scantling who came highly recommended from the Service Department. Brian did so service from the sales team at Harrelson Nissan. We first met Brian Scantling who came highly recommended from the Service Department. Brian did something very rare in the car business: he actually listened to us! Brian worked hard to get us the car that had all the features my wife wanted. Next, we had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen, the Internet manager. Like Brian, Stephen was a real pleasure to work with and together with Brian, got the exact car we were looking for. Both of these gentlemen treated us like we were members of their families. They would do all that was humanely possible to put us in the Nissan Altima we wanted. Sales manager Richard Page was a pleasure to deal with when it came time to talk money. He was up front and honest but not overbearing and put absolutely no pressure on us to sign. We then met the new General Manager, Al Siffer. Al called us after our fist visit and wanted to know what he had to do to meet our price. Again, like Richard, Stephen and Brian, Al was honest and forthright but not pushy with us. He made us feel like he would do anything to get us into the Nissan Altima we wanted. Everything came together on our second visit. These four men, working as a team, met our demands and did so in a way that was professional and honest without the usual sales pressure. We concluded our transaction withTy Dickerson, the Finance Manager. Ty struck us a professional banker who was extremely adept at his job. He explained to us all the paperwork as well as the warranties and gap insurance. We were impressed that Ty performed the complex business end of our transaction in a way that seemed easy and relaxed. We concluded our outstanding buying experience at Harrelson Nissan by meeting Linda Main, the Customer Service Manager. She wanted to make sure everyting went well. Linda, like everyone else, made sure we knew that if anything went wrong or we had any questions, she was just a phone call away. Have I said enough to convince anyone looking to buy a car to consider Harrelson Nissan? Please give them an opportunity to show you what top-notch customer service looks like. Like you, we were concerned about high pressure sales and big dealer mark ups. That is most certainly not the case with Harrelson Nissan. Are we glad we bought our new car from Harrelson Nissan? You betcha! More

He had a great amount of product knowledge an in contact with Eric Meckler the Internet Sales Manager and found several Altima's I was interested in. He had a great amount of product knowledge and was very friendly. Very quick negotiating! Did not come back to me with unrealistic payment option like another local dealer did on the same vehicle. I was in and out of the dealer extremely fast. I for sure recommend you asking for Eric Meckler when you go to this Dealer. More
Was sold a vehicle that had apparently been exposed to a lot of salt and had a lot of corrosion. My fault, should have been more thorough in checking out the vehicle. I clearly overpaid. Again, my fault. lot of salt and had a lot of corrosion. My fault, should have been more thorough in checking out the vehicle. I clearly overpaid. Again, my fault. The problems come from an extended warranty they sold me. The vehicle had a rusted oil pan that turned out to have a hole in it and also a worn out rear main seal. It turns out that the warranty only covered mechanical failures and did not include leaks or seals or gasket. Again, I should have actually read the warranty before signing up for it, but also felt they should have explained the details of coverage to me with a bit more honesty. The warranty was pro-rated and refundable. This is where the problem really begins. I went there personally on THREE different occasions to cancel the warranty as I was instructed to do when I first called to cancel it. Each time I was asked to sit and wait for the Finance Manager. Each time, I waited for over 45 minutes and had to leave because I had other things to do during my work day. I called in and spoke with Ty Dickerson on July 22, 2013 after leaving for the third time and was very upset. He instructed me to text and email him a picture of the odometer of the vehicle and a written notice asking for the warranty to be cancelled, which I did the next day (I have copies of the text messages and the emails as proof of this). I emailed him a few times and called him to follow up, but never got a response. In August, I called the warranty company directly and was instructed to send them a letter requesting cancellation and an Odometer Statement, which I did. When the money was still never applied to by loan balance, I called the warranty company back on October 30, 2013 and was told that the warranty was cancelled and the money was sent to Harrelson Nissan on August 29,2013. On November 1, 2013, I called again and had to be quite loud to get ANY manager on the phone. I got someone named Lloyd who was supposed to call me this morning with an answer. He has not. I called there and have been "disconnected" twice today. As of today, my money has still not been refunded, essentially costing me several hundred dollars in interest and the loss of refundable pro-ration of the warranty to begin with. I guess I need to contact a lawyer at this point as no one at the dealership seems interested in any way in making this right. They are, in my opinion stealing from me. More
My husband and I visited Harrelson Nissan this week to purchase a used Maxima or possibly an Altima. We were given over to a sleazy sales person named Chris, who, after conversing with us for a few minut purchase a used Maxima or possibly an Altima. We were given over to a sleazy sales person named Chris, who, after conversing with us for a few minutes felt obligated to tell us that his lady was "two shades darker" than me. He constantly used profanity throughout the day. Lied about the amenities in the cars. Told me all Nissan cars have Bose stereos in them. Recommended we just let our car go instead of trade, "Because a voluntary repossession only stays on your credit for one year, at least that's how MINE went" REALLY?????? We were there for 5.5 hours and got the runaround the whole day. No one would tell us the prices, we were told "just scan the papers in the windows I don't know". They constantly brought me cars that I specifically said I would not buy (the stripped and filthy 2012 Altima for example) and then he got an attitude when we said we would not purchase. Told me all the running around he had done I better refer him and shoot, I owe him dinner too. They showed me a car for 17988, said they would add the sunroof for free then tried to finance 19999 with 700 down. The car I wanted was 21498 and they insisted that the bank wouldn't do it without 3000 I could write so much more about this awful experience but there is not enough space to describe the crap we went through. Then to top it off, Louis Harrelson himself called us after my sister called the dealership, outraged that we had been treated so badly, and offered me the SAME CRAPPY CAR FOR THE SAME DEAL THEY WERE TRYING TO RIP US OFF WITH. I have reported this dealership to Nissan North America and they were outraged and are following up. Don't go there, they lie! More

My son in law bought a used truck from this dealership. Unfortunately he is a little naive and too trusting. I took him to pick up the truck. First they were not going to give him any gas and only one key. Unfortunately he is a little naive and too trusting. I took him to pick up the truck. First they were not going to give him any gas and only one key. He had to take the keyless fobs from his totaled truck and they tried to charge him to reprogram them. The sales manager tried to make us believe he was not aware the truck came from the factory with two fobs. We finally got these issues resolved and proceeded to have the salesman put on his tag so we could go. To make a long story short, I discovered four missing lug nuts, no antenna, a radio that did not work, and a broken dash section not very visible from the drivers seat. The salesman had told my son in law the truck had been serviced.....not true. During this the sales manager got involved and basically told us tough luck. They put on an antenna and handed us 4 lug nuts. I called the salesman a crook in front of another, rather surprised customer. He went in, came back and said he would see what he could do, we have heard nothing and do not expect to. The next day, I discovered the jacking tools were missing. I have never heard anything good about this dealership and wish I had been involved before he committed. I stand by my opinion that these guys are crooks. By the way, my son in law is Mexican American, born in the USA, and proudly served in the United States Navy. How can they sleep at night? More
