I tried the True Car website and VW had several dealers it worked with but Harper was not one of them. I had worked with Tom before and called him with the quotes I had received with True Car and he said it worked with but Harper was not one of them. Steve Holmes responded to our telephone contact as we wanted to purchase a diesel car. My wife checked on line and found Harper was our nearest dealer for VW's. When we decided on the 2012 Jetta he gave us all the details and checked on available of various colors. Since we were from out of town we wanted to get a vehicle on our next visit a week later. He did everything we asked for and even to this day has followed up to make sure we were pleased with the car and the service.
