I bought my 2011 TDI Jetta last June. There was a no pressure environment and despite my resolve to purchase that VW, Steve recommended that I drive it anyway to make sure it was the car for me. Every trip in for service results in the same patient discussions about how the car is driving, discussion of any possible issues and simply a statement: "We'll take care of it." More

I went into the Harper dealership looking for a new or used Volkswagen Jetta. Mark was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived and all the way through the process of finding a car. After I had filled out an application for a loan to purchase my car the process took slightly longer than I had anticipated but the employees did a good job of making the wait seem like a non issue. I did not consider it much of a hassle but for the wait they told me to come back whenever I had low fuel and they would fill up my tank for free. Not a big deal but I considered it a nice gesture.
