I recently brought my car in for 20k service. In conversation it came up that it was my Birthday. Andy brought me a gift when he came to tell me that my car was ready. I bought my 2011 TDI Jetta last June. There was a no pressure environment and despite my resolve to purchase that VW, Steve recommended that I drive it anyway to make sure it was the car for me. Every trip in for service results in the same patient discussions about how the car is driving, discussion of any possible issues and simply a statement: "We'll take care of it." More
