Harper Auto is an incredible dealership that offers a wide variety of premium autos across their many dealerships while still putting the needs of the customer first. Recently, I purchased a used vehicle wide variety of premium autos across their many dealerships while still putting the needs of the customer first. Recently, I purchased a used vehicle from Harper Acura. From the first day I walked into the dealership I was assigned a sales rep, Steve Holmes, who took care of me every step of the way. Steve helped me find the perfect vehicle at a great price. I’m a terrible driver and have been through my fair share of cars. So, believe me when I say that I have felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or neglected despite buying something with a lower-than-average sticker price. In fact, I can honestly say that I received the same level of excellent service purchasing a used car with a much lower sticker price as I did when purchasing a brand-new infinity from them years earlier. Some people reading this may believe I got lucky but I don't. Rather, I believe it's because Harper auto is owned and operated by a family with great values and strong ties to Knoxville as demonstrated by their Thank you guys for taking care of me. I have every reason to expect both this assistance gathering and decision assistance from Harper VW's staff in our purchase of a 2020 VW Tiguan SEL. I have every reason to expect both this assistance as well as the continuation of the professional, consistent support and service from this dealership, as this Tiguan is the 5th vehicle we have purchased through Harper since 2009. Obviously, we would not return to Harper to both purchase and service on our vehicles if we experienced any issues or poor performance from this organization. As alluded to in the preceding, beyond the purchase process we have always received outstanding, professional vehicle servicing. The latter is of key importance as the go-forward servicing is the long-term relationship that maintains satisfactory performance of your vehicle. This is particularly so due to the increasing complexity of the extent and character of the technology integrated in the new vehicles being sold by VW. To summarize this somewhat verbose "short" review, I would recommend The Harper organization for any vehicle purchase you may be considering based on my long-term interactions with Harper in such regards.
