To date, very satisfied with both the information gathering and decision assistance from Harper VW's staff in our purchase of a 2020 VW Tiguan SEL. I have every reason to expect both this assistance gathering and decision assistance from Harper VW's staff in our purchase of a 2020 VW Tiguan SEL. I have every reason to expect both this assistance as well as the continuation of the professional, consistent support and service from this dealership, as this Tiguan is the 5th vehicle we have purchased through Harper since 2009. Obviously, we would not return to Harper to both purchase and service on our vehicles if we experienced any issues or poor performance from this organization. As alluded to in the preceding, beyond the purchase process we have always received outstanding, professional vehicle servicing. The latter is of key importance as the go-forward servicing is the long-term relationship that maintains satisfactory performance of your vehicle. This is particularly so due to the increasing complexity of the extent and character of the technology integrated in the new vehicles being sold by VW. To summarize this somewhat verbose "short" review, I would recommend The Harper organization for any vehicle purchase you may be considering based on my long-term interactions with Harper in such regards. We bought a 2014 Jetta from Harper VW, in March of 2021. The sales process and financing process were great. The reason for the four star rating, though, is that the car had an issue. Small issue with the pressure system that caused the car to die at stop lights. When I brought it back in they diagnosed and fixed it with no issue. The fault was obviously present when the car was purchased, yet it took 45 minutes of discussion and waiting to convince the dealership to not charge for this. Eventually, Kevin (sales management) got involved and solved the problem well. Thank you, Kevin. Other dealers offer 14 and 30 days used car warranties, standard, so I would strongly encourage Harper VW to consider changing their policy and cover small issues within at least 14 days of the sale. Otherwise, I have had great experiences with the Harper VW and Harper Audi dealerships. More

Going in solo to the dealership I never felt that I was being taken advantage of and I always felt that my concerns wer Steve Holmes are outstanding. Going in solo to the dealership I never felt that I was being taken advantage of and I always felt that my concerns were being listened to. My sales person, Steve, patiently worked with me to narrow down my choices and explained purchase/lease options that were available. He went over the pros of each vehicle I was interested in and throughout that process I never felt pressured to make a snap decision nor did I feel like I was being pushed towards a more expensive option(s). While I was making a decision between leasing and purchasing Steve remained in contact with me via text message and was available to answer any questions I had. When I decided on a purchase Steve took my financial application over the phone. This meant when I came into the dealership to finalize the transaction I was there for less than an hour signing paperwork and going over the features in my new car. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and while I haven’t used the service center yet I was introduced to the team and given a tour of the facilities. An unexpected bonus to making a purchase at Harper is the complimentary trial of Harper Auto Wash. Wow! The service was outstanding and frustration free. My car came out looking just as good as the day I picked it up. This was my first purchase from Harper and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a Volkswagen. More

I had my new Tiguan in for its first maintenance service and I was impressed! The service staff kindly answered my questions (I am not auto savvy so I really appreciated this!) and my car was washed and re and I was impressed!
