We have owned 3 Jetta TDI's all purchased at Harper VW in Knoxville. The cars have been great (except for the '01 - transmission kaput at 118,00) and the service at Harper has been excellent. I recently brought my car in for 20k service. In conversation it came up that it was my Birthday. Andy brought me a gift when he came to tell me that my car was ready. I bought my 2011 TDI Jetta last June. There was a no pressure environment and despite my resolve to purchase that VW, Steve recommended that I drive it anyway to make sure it was the car for me. I now have 45k miles on the car (there were 6 miles on the car when I bought it.) Every trip in for service results in the same patient discussions about how the car is driving, discussion of any possible issues and simply a statement: "We'll take care of it." More
