I have been visiting Harper Volkswagen for years. Most of those years, I was window shopping. I met Bill Blair as a sales representative. Last year circumstances changed and I had the opportunity to buy a new GTI and a one year old Jett. Bill provided great service and a great price, just like I knew he would! Since purchasing these vehicles, I had the opportunity to use the service department as well. Steve, Jeff and Matt have continued the outstanding service I've come to expect from HarperbVW! They have been very accommodating of my unusual scheduling needs, frequent international travel with long absences from Knoxville, with aplomb, always ensuring alternate transportation. I've even used their vehicles to go to Super Bowl Weekend in Indianapolis! I think I know Harper VW from top to bottom and highly recommend them without reservation!
