The thing I hate most about going into a dealership to do business is the time that it takes from walking in the door to driving away in a new/ used car. That was not the case at Harper it was surprising fast process, Mark didn't hold us up the first day we came in because he knew the banks were closed and we coulnd't do much at that point, so we just came back the next day everything was already handled and we just signed the papers. I recently purchased my 2nd VW, the first a Super Beetle in 1972, and now 41 years later a 2013 VW Passat. The experience at Harper Volkswagen was the best. Scott took the time to make sure I understood all functions of this car. Boy I was surprised at the gem I bought. Bill insured I have my Retired Navy license plates and they were put on the car within a week, that's service. Scott Pfundston was very helpful and responsive during my sales experience. When it looked like it was going to take months to get the VW with all of the specs that I wanted, he kept searching until he foun sales experience. I stopped by not long before closing on a Friday evening. Scott came out to speak with me. We walked around and he opened several cars for me to look at, and I indicated that I would do some research and c Scott came out to speak with me. We drove several, and his knowledge of the cars was outstanding. I never thought I would be interested in a diesel, but Scott gave me some information which I was able to independently confirm. So many car salespeople were selling refrigerators last week, and I find that I know more about their products than they do. Not so with Scott - he's a car guy. We made a deal that day. It was fair, and I would say it was the least stressful car buying experience I have had. Scott was no pressure, but certainly believes in the products he sells. I hope to use him again some day. Nancy and I had a great experience with Farid beginning with internet and email contact and ending with the purchase of a new Beetle convertible.
