I recently purchased my 2nd VW, the first a Super Beetle in 1972, and now 41 years later a 2013 VW Passat. The experience at Harper Volkswagen was the best. Scott took the time to make sure I understood all functions of this car. Boy I was surprised at the gem I bought. Bill insured I have my Retired Navy license plates and they were put on the car within a week, that's service. Scott Pfundston was very helpful and responsive during my sales experience. I stopped by not long before closing on a Friday evening. Scott came out to speak with me. We walked around and he opened several cars for me to look at, and I indicated that I would do some research and c Scott came out to speak with me. We drove several, and his knowledge of the cars was outstanding. I never thought I would be interested in a diesel, but Scott gave me some information which I was able to independently confirm. So many car salespeople were selling refrigerators last week, and I find that I know more about their products than they do. Not so with Scott - he's a car guy. We made a deal that day. It was fair, and I would say it was the least stressful car buying experience I have had. Scott was no pressure, but certainly believes in the products he sells. I hope to use him again some day.
