Scott worked with us to find the perfect car that was right within our budget. We never felt any pressure to purchase a car or extend our budget like we had felt at other dealerships. Scott answered all of our questions with complete honesty and explained the entire process to us. As young adults, we had a lot of questions and wanted to be sure we were making a good investment. Scott provided us with a long test drive and was sure not to hide his excitement in us possibly owning a W8!! He gave us many laughs, good stories and satisfaction in our purchase. I visited Harper VW a year ago and tried to buy a manual transmission Passat, but the salesman I dealt with (Mark) was less than helpful and would not follow-up on finding a car that Harper did not have in transmission Passat, but the salesman I dealt with (Mark) was less than helpful and would not follow-up on finding a car that Harper did not have in stock. I waited a year and visited Harper again this spring, but I made a point to deal with a different salesman. I found a great salesman this time (Mr. Fareed Farvin) and everything went great. While Harper still did not have the manual shift Passat in stock I wanted , Fareed followed up and helped me order the car that I wanted and at a fair price. It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Farvin in all regards. He is a genuinely nice person and does not have any of the attitude that many car salesmen do, and most importantly he does not play the games that most of these guys play. If you have stopped at Harper in the past and had a bad sales experience, my advice is to go back and ask to see Fareed Farvin and you will have a good experience. On a follow-up note, my experience with the Service Department at Harper VW so far has been the best I have experiencedat any car dealership, top notch in all regards. Jeff and the other guys in service are world class. More
