This will be my third volkswagen, and second purchase through Harper, and I was as pleased as I always have been with the entire experience. 1st of all ! When we got to the dealership we walked around looking at VW Bugs Scott came an ask if he could help us? with that I said we are just looking to my surprise Scott said if you need anything around looking at VW Bugs Scott came an ask if he could help us? with that I said we are just looking to my surprise Scott said if you need anything let me know. This vehicle is for my wife and she really don't like car shopping. When we needed help Scott showed us the bugs an then took us to the back lot where there was more. This whole time Scott new this was for my wife he talked to her about the car asking her what she wanted and always listen to her. She got a 2013 VW Beetle convertible. My wife is in love with her new beetle. This is this the best car buying experience we have ever had. Scott was great to deal with and I will be back for the next new car.
