I had a great experience dealing with Harper VW. CJ Robinette was exceptional to work with, not pushy, but fully explained all the options and details of the purchase, and functions of the vehicle. Harper did not have the vehicle I wanted in inventory, however CJ found and delivered the exact trim and color I wanted the next afternoon. I found this rare compared to other dealers I've worked with, usually I'm being pressured into something I really don't want. Not the case here. I'd also like to thank Philip Carr for directing my internet inquiry over to CJ. Cliff Cunningham was great to have as the closing finance manager. This was the first time I was offered all of the additional services and protections, and not made to feel like I needed to walk out to get away from the pressure. He just explained and offered, and then left the final decisions for me to make, I can't explain how much I enjoy doing business this way. I briefly spoke to Rick Boring the previous day, and appreciate his help as well. Harper VW is a very professional dealership, and the staff are exceptional.
