John Robinson in service went above and beyond to get my sons vehicle back on the road. Ok…so dummy here thought she was doing just fine going through the drive thru the other day…well… I wasn’t! As soon as I heard it-I KNEW I’d messed up @ least one wheel!!! And…well-of course I did! So, ev through the drive thru the other day…well… I wasn’t! As soon as I heard it-I KNEW I’d messed up @ least one wheel!!! And…well-of course I did! So, even though it was after hours-I texted Jarred in the service dept & sent him a pic.. He said-“That can be fixed-no problem(I was still leary-I knew I’d done it!) But, when I went to pick up the car-Jarred(sweatheart…he’s the best!)-informed me that I had the “insurance” coverage that covered my screw up!! I was trying to prepare myself for the mess I created and ended up leaving not paying one thin dime!! All because Jarred did his homework, was honest w/ me & reminded me that I had coverage!! He’s a HUGE asset to Harper VW & I wouldn’t trade him for anything!! My 20+ year journey w/ Harper VW continues!!😍😍😃😃 More
I have been with Harper Volkswagen for over 20 years! They are like second family to me! Jarred Christian and Andy Maxey have always taken very good care of me & my car and now my husband’s car! Chris Brown will also greet you with a hug and do anything he can for you! Because if these guys-I will never go anywhere else for service or sales!! The service department is horrible. I was scheduled for a brake replacement at 730am. I was actually early for the appointment and was promised a car that could use for the HOURS that i I was scheduled for a brake replacement at 730am. I was actually early for the appointment and was promised a car that could use for the HOURS that it would take to complete the repair.. Upon my arrival, None available And on top of that, I was told that they would have to order the parts for the brake replacement. You would think that this would've been taken care of last week when I actually stopped by to schedule today's appointment. So now I will have to start this whole process again.. the icing on the cake was when service clerk John told me that the next available date was two weeks out and four weeks if I would need a car to use during the repair. WTH. It is sad to think that this is the way business is ran and customers are treated. Especially when they are aware that we purchased our brand new 60k VW from this same location. Service department is terrible and their employee john is worse. More
