When the car we desired was not on the lot, he worked with his available inventory and secured the 2014 Jetta TDI with all of the options and color of our choice. He even made the trip to the other dealer to pick up the car himself and ensure it was indeed the car of our son's wishes. Mark helped us to ensure that everything was in order for financing and Rick made the financing process quick and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as these individuals.
