Car service I have had my car serviced here twice and although this is a great dealership and I do love my Tiguan. I just didn’t expect to have to pay at least $9 I have had my car serviced here twice and although this is a great dealership and I do love my Tiguan. I just didn’t expect to have to pay at least $900 every time I have it serviced. They did a great job and as long as I’m still paying on my car and it has a warranty I, of course will continue to have my Tiguan services here. All I can do is pray it won’t cost this much every time it needs serviced. Thank you! More

Traveling and hit a boulder My 18 year old was traveling to a youth event in Gatlinburg Tn and hit a large rock in the middle of the road. We looked for the closest Volkswagen dealership and Harpers was the closest. I called on the way there and asked if they had the parts to fix the tire, rim and sensor. They scrambled and had everything waiting when we arrived. They were very helpful and got my son back on the road quickly.
