Harper's Service Department Saved the Day! I was recently driving through Tennessee on my way to Georgia when my ECM malfunctioned and gave me an error message stating that engine restart would I was recently driving through Tennessee on my way to Georgia when my ECM malfunctioned and gave me an error message stating that engine restart would not be possible, even though the AdBlue reservoir was full. I searched for the closest Volkswagen dealer while driving (no judgement, please - it was a stressful situation), and Harper Volkswagen popped up. I spoke with Steve in the Service department, and he told me to drive there and ask for him. He ensured that the right technician for my issue stayed (it was the end of the technician's day) and looked at my car. They were able to resolve the issue and get me on my way. I appreciate Steve going above and beyond to bail me out! More

A positive relationship with my car’s service department is very important to me. My family has bought and/or leased many vehicles from the Harper family and apparently I will continue by adding Volkswagen to my list. More

Too long We needed the O2 sensor replaced on our Car. . They gave us a loaner car and said it should be done the next day when the part arrives. 4 business day We needed the O2 sensor replaced on our Car. . They gave us a loaner car and said it should be done the next day when the part arrives. 4 business days later, it’s fixed. The part takes approx 1 hr or less to install. Were told the mechanic was sick ( probably was. The flu is going around)). But, couldn’t one of the other 5-6 mechanics do the work?. Was disappointing. Typically they do great work and quick. Just missed the mark this time. More

I have had a 2002 Beetle since she was brand new! I recently pulled myself up by the boot straps & decided it was time to get a new one... now, this was a BIG decision because I was VERY attached to th recently pulled myself up by the boot straps & decided it was time to get a new one... now, this was a BIG decision because I was VERY attached to this car!! I had graphics on her & she was my “Pearl”.. You see-she was black & was “decorated” all inside in Pirates of the Carribean! The windsheild had “The Black Pearl” & the back glass had Cap’n Jack’s “colors”! My daughter grew up in that car! Needless to say: VERY attached.. Well-Andy @ Harper helped me look for the longest for another stick shift & they just aren’t out there...I had asked Andy that when I decided on one, would he make sure we got the graphics taken off of her(sentimental reasons)...he said he would...Needless to say: Andy & the guys treated me w/the utmost respect through all this-they helped me decide on a car & totally were w/ me every step of the way-taking all my crazy emotions into consideration!!! I will NEVER leave Harper Volkswagen! They are extended family to me!! Andy was SO sensitive to my emotions over giving up “the Pearl”! I appreciate Andy & the guys @ Harper more than they’ll ever know!! (I’m this-close to getting my husband on board for Harper, too!!) U will NOT find a better dealership!!!) More
