Since day one they have treated me with top notch service. 5 years ago I lost my mind and bought a SUV outside of Harpers. It did not take a few days to see that the service was not the same and I was forgotten. In May I decide to go check out a few SUV at Harper Volkswagen. It was like I was never gone they were Respectable, Understanding and smart! They got me out of my old car and in a beautiful pre owned with Harper Care! I was so happy with there service I bought a second car latter that month for my wife. I would never recommend going anywhere else. Thank God for Harper Volkswagen! More

I had Chris Ramsey for my service person and he was excellent through the whole process. When I went to pick up the car after it was fixed had a minor xxxx up and Chris did everything he could to make the situation better and stress free. Got my car back with no hiccups and the service technicians and Chris got it back to running! Thank you to them and making my experience stress free! More
Great Service! One complaint! This time I had a great experience. Jarred was very helpful. Everything went smooth as it should. Only complaint is the way my car is always returned after the wash. My car is white with light tan interior. Every time I get my car back I have black boot marks on the door trim. Black marks on the doors and seats. I mean it’s everywhere. So I have to go home and spend 30 minutes scrubbing it down. The floor mats are black of course. But they’ve even gotten the black marks on my carpet. And it will not come out. Cars have to get serviced.... but they shouldn’t leave in that kind of condition. This time I pointed it out to Jarred. He apologized and cleaned it for me. Other than that this visit was great. More

Steve Holmes has been our car sales person all 3 times and he has been wonderful. Everything is stated up front, no surprises or hidden deal. Steve helps you find the car you need and stays in touch with you if anything changes. Deadlines and promises are kept. I have dealt with other car dealers at other auto makers, but at Harper I always had the smoothest experience. All 3 times, I drove away with my new car completely satisfied. More
Great place to breakdown I broke down in my new Certified Pre Owned Jetta Sportwagen I had just purchased in Springfield Virginia at a Shady dealer. Harper was the closest dea I broke down in my new Certified Pre Owned Jetta Sportwagen I had just purchased in Springfield Virginia at a Shady dealer. Harper was the closest dealer. Shady neglected to fix many of the things on the car to meet the CPO requirements. Sadly as I type this I still don’t have my car. It’s been over 2 weeks sitting at my local dealer where it broke down the second time. But this has nothing to do with Harper VW. Harper was great! Great staff, great dealership to hangout in. They set me up with a great hotel in downtown Knoxville and made sure I had a ride. I felt no need for a loner car but had I asked I’m sure they would of set me up. They got my car back up and running and I made it 30 miles from home when it broke again. No fault of Harper. I made some good friends there and plan to return for one of their car shows in the future. I’m working with Volkswagen Corporate now to try and sort my issues that should of been fixed before the car was ever put on the lot. More

He's Steve Nicole is one of Harper's Volkswagen service reps that has helped me for 17+ years, first with my 2001 Passat and now with my 2012 Passat. He's always kind, courteous and thorough when making sure my maintenance is up to date and my car is running properly. I usually reserve a loaner car which Steve makes sure is available prior to my appointment. After this last service was completed, I was about to leave when I noticed my lightbulb sensor was on. I asked Steve to check it out. He and a service tech had it changed out promptly, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. This is above and beyond great service! More
