Andy was awesome, patient and answered the many questions I had. He recommended the 2020 Atlas Cross sport , I had no real intentions of changing my car but he emailed me and the offer was great and I really I had. The associate that helped me (Jason) was super nice and patient through everything, even when it took me almost 24 hours to prove I was insured. I tell folks all the time that I have been with Harper(almost 18 years now!) Volkswagen for many years now and would NOT go anywhere else!! I even talked my husband to coming over to VW!! And, he t Harper(almost 18 years now!) Volkswagen for many years now and would NOT go anywhere else!! I even talked my husband to coming over to VW!! And, he truly loves his 2013 Tiguan! My guys @ Harper helped me locate and put on some sweet 19” wheels on my new 2019 Bug this past Wednesday & it’s like going to extended family every time I’m there-I always feel SO at home! They treat me like I’m family! If anyone ever says they’ve had a bad experience at Harper-it’s on them:they’re going to be the cause of it(whether impatient, grumpy, or whatever the issue!!) I’ve always had the best relationship with everyone there! I look forward to many more years with them! And, my “new” wheels look fantastic on the car!!! More
