Our experience at Harper service has been consistently poor. Everybody from the receptionist to the mechanics are super rude, they drive our car without putting and paper down on the seats, and the prices poor. They advised should be okay for awhile longer. Once I could work it into my budget scheduled and got it done. Work was done in time they said it would. I drive to Knoxville from Hermitage for their service department because I am not satisfied with the service I have received here. That should tell you something. More
