I just had my 04 mdx in today for service. A check engine light had come on. Upon calling the service department, I was assured that it was not an emergency, and an appointment was scheduled 2 days l engine light had come on. The service department is great and I usually work with Kenny Rolen. Kenny takes great care of me and my two current acuras (an MDX and RSX). I CAME IN TWO WEEKS AGO WITH A FLAT TIRE IN A TERRIBLE RAIN AT 5:50pm. Kenny could of said and I would of been happy , we'll put a new tire on your car in the morning , we are closing at 6 PM. He never product pushed, but rather demonstrated the quality of what we were buying. He gave us time to think over the purchase and stayed late to allow my husband to bring the vehicle home to me. I will recommend that my friends and family visit Michael for any future car purchase. While at Harper, I also met Shannon who was friendly and helpful and who took the time to introduce himself and to ensure we were getting everything we needed in our visit. Our experience with Michael Boswell at Harper was unlike any other car buying experience...in a good way. He was so friendly and showed us some of the Acura SUV's, but then showed us the TL. We loved it. He knew so much about the car and was so informative. He was patient with us, answered all our questions, and went the extra mile to get our business. Once purchased, they detailed the car, filled up the gas tank, and showed me what every button did. Michael even set up the bluetooth for me! In addition to the quality of the car, I received exceptional service from Michael Boswell. Michael made me feel completely at ease and was very knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing. He really went the extra mile in taking the time to show me all of the features that my car is equipped with and how to use those features. Michael also went above and beyond regarding the level of service I expected when he pointed out a couple of places on the car that I didn't initially notice. These are small dents on the hood and side of the car. He wanted to make the overall purchase experience as if I was purchasing a brand new car and made the committment to have the dents taken care of. I can honestly say that this is the best purchase experience I have ever had.
