I just had my 04 mdx in today for service. A check engine light had come on. Upon calling the service department, I was assured that it was not an emergency, and an appointment was scheduled 2 days l engine light had come on. I always feel at ease when taking my car to Harper Acura, thanks especially to Kenny Rolen. He always fully explains the details before, during and after any visit. I also appreciate the loaner cars as it allows me to continue my day without a hitch. Harper Acura service department has serviced my car for 7 years running, and will for many years to come. More
The service department is great and I usually work with Kenny Rolen. Kenny takes great care of me and my two current acuras (an MDX and RSX). They even inspected one of the cars before I bought it to make sure I had a good idea of the condition. I have all my service done at the dealership and even purchase my tires there (they are competitive on prices and know which tires work best on these vehicles). More

I CAME IN TWO WEEKS AGO WITH A FLAT TIRE IN A TERRIBLE RAIN AT 5:50pm. Kenny could of said and I would of been happy , we'll put a new tire on your car in the morning , we are closing at 6 PM. But not Kenny, he and Chris took my car right to the back , put a new tire on my 2005 Accura TL and I was out of ther at 6:10 PM. As long as I live in this area, Harper will be the only dealership I will buy a car from, because of guys like Kenny. My wife has a 2004 MDX and she thinks the world of Kenny. Looking for a new vehicle, I have been to several dealerships and met several helpful salesmen, but none were as impressive as Michael, who assisted us while at Harper Acura. He was professional, informative and personable, and he truly went the extra mile to ensure we got everything out of our visit and out of the purchase. He never product pushed, but rather demonstrated the quality of what we were buying. He gave us time to think over the purchase and stayed late to allow my husband to bring the vehicle home to me. I will recommend that my friends and family visit Michael for any future car purchase. While at Harper, I also met Shannon who was friendly and helpful and who took the time to introduce himself and to ensure we were getting everything we needed in our visit. I also spoke to several other employees (in both the financing and service departments) who were all extremely nice. Now that we're at home, I couldn't be happier with our purchase. The car is like new, and I look forward to driving it for years to come. More

Before we came to Harper, we had been to 10 other dealerships and dealt with plenty of pushy salespeople. Our experience with Michael Boswell at Harper was unlike any other car buying experience...in a good way. He was so friendly and showed us some of the Acura SUV's, but then showed us the TL. We loved it. He knew so much about the car and was so informative. He was patient with us, answered all our questions, and went the extra mile to get our business. Once purchased, they detailed the car, filled up the gas tank, and showed me what every button did. Michael even set up the bluetooth for me! Since the sale, he has called on a regular basis to check and make sure I still love my car. I would recommend Michael Boswell and Harper Acura to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
I recently purchased a pre-owned Acura TL. This was the first time I opted to purchase a pre-owned vehicle versus a new one. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the car and its overall performance. This is the first time I have purchased an Acura and I absolutely love it. In addition to the quality of the car, I received exceptional service from Michael Boswell. Michael made me feel completely at ease and was very knowledgeable of the car I was purchasing. He really went the extra mile in taking the time to show me all of the features that my car is equipped with and how to use those features. Michael also went above and beyond regarding the level of service I expected when he pointed out a couple of places on the car that I didn't initially notice. These are small dents on the hood and side of the car. He wanted to make the overall purchase experience as if I was purchasing a brand new car and made the committment to have the dents taken care of. I can honestly say that this is the best purchase experience I have ever had. I will definitely contact Michael for my next Acura purchase and will recommend him and Harper Acura to all of my friends and family. More

In order to ensure I could pick up my vehicle Michael stayed around after normal operating hours to accommodate my late arrival. I couldn't be happier about my new vehicle purchase. They made the purchase and financing so easy and quick. My home address was even programmed into the car's GPS to take me home after I filled out all of my paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership and Michael to anyone looking to purchase an Acura automobile. More
