We had a pleasant morning yesterday purchasing a lease for an Acura TL. The atmosphere in the dealership was friendly, unhurried and relaxing, and Mr. Fiske took great trouble in explaining the features for an Acura TL. He also did an excellent job of explaining the settings and controls of the car we settled on, and even set up the garage opening feature of the car. We left with the feeling that we would be well looked after. Ms. Patrick dealt with the financial side of things in a friendly and efficient manner. We have dealt with Rob since 2006 when we bought our first Acura from him. He is great to deal with, is very responsive, courteous, and is not "high pressure". My wife & I recently purchased a new 2012 TSX from Harper Acura. This was the first car we’ve purchased from Harper and the first Acura we’ve ever owned. In comparison to other dealerships that we’ve encountered in the past, I must say this was certainly one of the more pleasant buying experiences I can remember! I had put in a CarFinder Search several months ago via the website & from our first contact, Andy was extremely helpful & patient. I was very particular with the specific model, features, & color combination that I was looking for in my new car. After several months of searching without luck, Andy offered to specially bring in a new TSX from another dealership for me to look at—no strings attached. Later that week, Andy promptly notified me that the car was available to test drive. The following night after work I stopped by the dealership and was warmly greeted. I was allowed to take the car out (unaccompanied) for almost an hour-long test drive and wasn’t even asked for a copy of my driver’s license! The next morning despite our excitement over the new car, my wife & I were dreading the negotiation process that was sure to come when buying a car. However, Andy and his manager Lynnwood made the process as painless as possible by giving us a fair value on our trade-in and letting us negotiate a good deal on a great car. Never stooping to harsh sales tactics, Andy made us feel that we were treated with respect throughout. Taking delivery of the car was also as smooth & seamless. Everything was complete in less than 1 hour including signing final paperwork. Upon delivery, the car had a full tank of gas, was fully detailed inside & out and looked absolutely gleaming! Andy also took the time to help set up the Bluetooth HFL & memory seat positions and walk me through the rest of the car’s long list of features. I was thoroughly impressed! Harper Acura truly holds itself to a higher standard of service & excellence and I would definitely recommend Harper Acura to others! More

My first experience with the service department at Harper Acura was last year when it was time to have the 30k mile service on my 2009 Acura TSX. I decided to go to Harper Acura because my local Acura dealer Acura was last year when it was time to have the 30k mile service on my 2009 Acura TSX. I decided to go to Harper Acura because my local Acura dealer in Chattanooga wanted to charge me quite a bit more for the service. I'm happy I took my car to Harper Acura to get serviced. The service at Harper Acura was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been going there for service on my TSX ever since. I like the 27-point inspection they perform when I get my oil changed. They give me a detailed checklist when they are finished and go over it with me. That gives me a piece of mind to know they do the inspections. The service department at Harper Acura is the best I've ever experienced, and I've been to a lot. I just had an oil change and tires rotated today. Kenny, the service consultant, was very friendly and helpful. I'm satisfied with the service I received, as usual. I live in Chattanooga, so it's a little bit of a drive for me. But the service I get is well worth the drive. I plan to continue taking my TSX to Harper Acura for service. I've also had good experiences with the parts department at Harper Acura as well. I'm a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Harper Acura. :) More

I recently had service done on my 2004 TL. Kenny and Chris in the service department have both assisted me with my service at different times over the past 7 years. They are always helpful, informative and prompt with my service. I would not take my car to anyone else but to this dealership. I just purchased a new 2012 TL. Michael Boswell was my sales representative. He was very helpful, always professional and patient with me. I did not make it easy. It took me 3 months to make my decison. He never tried to push anything on me, but rather worked very hard to help me find the car that was right for me. I feel he went above and beyond what one would expect from their sales representative. I would and have recommended this dealership and Michael to others. Angela Patrick in the finance department is also exceptional. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She made the paper work go very easy and quickly. Everyone I have encountered at Harper has been very nice. I would not buy a car anywhere else. I would give this dealership an A+. More
