Mark Cauthen helped me with my purchase of a 2014 MDX. He answered all my questions in a nice way and we agreed upon a price for my trade-in and a price for the new MDX without a lot of hassle so I enjoyed d answered all my questions in a nice way and we agreed upon a price for my trade-in and a price for the new MDX without a lot of hassle so I enjoyed dealing with Mark and Harper Acura very much. After the trade I realized I should have bought a trailer hitch for the MDX and did not need running boards and Mark was very helpful in getting things switched out and I appreciated that helpfulness very much. This was the easiest trade I have ever made and I can advise you to check out Harper Acura if you think you are interested in purchasing a new Acura. I gave the ratings I did because I felt they were fair ratings based on my experience with Mark Cauthen and Harper Acura. More
Perhaps the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Derek went out of his way to welcome us and make us feel at home. All of our questions were answered quickly and professionally. Our kids, although tired from a day of car shopping, enjoyed the dealership as well. We have absolutely no complaints about Harper Acura or any of the staff that we had the pleasure to meet. Everyone from sales to service have been extremely helpful and friendly. Buying my car at Harper Acura was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. It was the first time that I had ever done it by myself. For me, going into a dealership and shopping for a new car experience that I have ever had. It was the first time that I had ever done it by myself. For me, going into a dealership and shopping for a new car was very intimidating but everyone at Harper was so friendly and willing to help me find the right car for me. Derek was very knowledgeable of the different models of cars we were interested in, as well as all the options and comparisons with other vehicles. At no time did he speak negatively of Acura's competitio cars we were interested in, as well as all the options and comparisons with other vehicles. At no time did he speak negatively of Acura's competition, but only offered comparative facts. Our trips to other dealers (representing other manufacturers including Harper Audi) revealed that most sales professionals did not posses near the vehicle knowledge as Derek. He was patient with our questions and allowed us to form our own opinions without any pressure. Our prior experience with Harper Acura service (we owned a 2001 MDX and put ~246,000 miles on it) has been very positive, so that was a major contributor to our willingness to use Harper for our next vehicle. We have another manufacturer vehicle, and our experience with that dealer's service department has been less than satisfactory. Needless to say, we won't be shopping for another vehicle of that manufacturer when it comes time. So give your service department a pat on the back, because they were just as instrumental in making the sale. More

Due to bad weather and work related delays I was unable to keep a couple of appointments. Each time I had to reschedule, Mark was very understanding. Finally on a very cold snowy day, we made the trip and Mark had the car ready and waiting for us to test drive. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Mark Cauthen. More
