It was a great experience. I have delayed trading because of previous unpleasant high pressure experiences. I was given a very nice loaner car and RJ delivered my vehicle to me personally at my home in a very timely manner. This type of personalized service is very hard to come by. I will recommend RJ and this dealership to everyone that I know. More

I came in with no idea what I wanted and Shane was great in just letting me look around. I returned several times to drive and look some more and was in frequent contact with Shane as I got closer to my de in just letting me look around. When I figured out what I wanted, Shane was super helpful in trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted, and when I decided I wanted something different, Shane did everything he could to help me get it. This is the 4th Harper vehicle in my family (We've had 3 other Acuras and an Infiniti), and I love it here. When my last car was totaled, Harper was the first place I came. This was my first experience purchasing a car alone and I felt very comfortable doing it at Harper. Other dealerships kept trying to tell me what I needed or explain why I didn't need the 6 cylinder version of the vehicle I was considering. The process was transparent and I always got answers to my questions very quickly. I am so glad I stuck with Harper for my 3rd car. More
Shane Cochran was both friendly and professional. I felt that he was very honest with us through out our experience. He was knowledgeable about the MDX we were considering and was able to answer any questio that he was very honest with us through out our experience. My husband and I were in the market for a 2011/2012 Acura MDX. We had researched and spoken with at least 10 dealers across the southeast before we reached out to Shane at Harper Acura. He was wonderful to work with, extremely knowledgable and most importantly had a very confident but in no way pushy approach. We ended up buying a car the same day of our original conversation. Both he and Angela made the entire experience easy, quick and totally stress free. I would highly reccommend Shane, Angela and Harper Acura. We love our new MDX, it is exactly what we wanted. Although the brand selected was Acura, we actually went to see and purchase the Fiat 500. As with the staff at Harper's Volkswagen, Harper's Acura staff were the best. I will have to admit that in all my years of buying cars (both new and used) the folks at Harper's are the best by far. From sales to service to management, they treat you like family whether you buy or not. Since the purchase of the Fiat we have moved back to Louisiana, I will truly miss the service folks at Harper's Volkswagen and the chance to get to know the service folks at Harper's Fiat. More
