2016 MDX No 'Pressure' purchase. I have purchased new cars many times in the past and I just hated the feeling of being descended on by sharks.when you arrive... We went in, met Billy Morton and loved the way he handled our needs. I never felt pressured and he searched the inventory to find the exact exterior and interior color we wanted. He was great to work with and did everything he said he would. What more can you ask for??? Great dealership, great price, great automobile Ill be back in a few years. Sincerely Tom Whitaker More

He explained all the new whistles and bells, paired the Bluetooth system and assisted me in setting up other systems. I felt I was not pressured and was treated with respect by Billy as well as the Harper Acura Dealership staff. I knew the service manager, Richard Tompa from a prior purchase and he helped answer a question I had about the car I was interested in. The business manager, Jay Prusik explained all the extra packages that could be purchase and didn't try to force me to purchase the additional warranties or upgrade packages. This is my second Acura purchase from Harpers and I felt the trade in value they gave me for my old Acura was fair for a car with 174,000 miles Thank You, Barry Hensley More

My first time buying a car from a dealership was absolutely amazing with Billy and Harper Acura. From the very first phone call to the very last visit, Billy made the buying experience phenomenal. The whole process I felt comfortable working with him. It didn't feel like a dreaded buyer-dealer experience but more like a friend helping you in a stressful time. Billy and manager, Angela Patrick were very gracious and understanding of my situation and provided me with a great deal and a HUGE smile on my face as I drove away in my car! I'd recommend Harper Acura to anyone searching for a vehicle! And if you can, get Billy Morton! He was an absolute pleasure to work with!! More

Billy and RJ both stayed over 3 hours passed closing on a Saturday afternoon to give us the best service I've ever received from a car dealership. Great Experience at Harper Acura Mark Cauthen was absolutely wonderful to work with during and following the purchase of our new vehicle from Harper Acura. My husband and I live out Mark Cauthen was absolutely wonderful to work with during and following the purchase of our new vehicle from Harper Acura. My husband and I live out of state, and Mark worked with us to coordinate a fairly swift purchase and pickup of the vehicle on a holiday weekend. Mark was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and responsive. My husband and I encountered a few issues getting the paperwork to register our vehicle in our home state, and those issues were outside of the control of Harper Acura. Still, Mark and another team member, Amy Scates, remained available following the purchase to assist us in every way possible until those issues were finally resolved. I would certainly visit Harper Acura again for my next car purchase and would recommend Harper Acura and Mark, specifically, to anyone in the market to purchase a new car. We love our Acura and loved our experience with Harper Acura even more! More

The sales manager, Angela Patrick, on the other hand, needs to make more of an effort to help the customer. She does not return phone calls and does not put forth an effort to make sure customers are satisfied. If it wasn't for Shannon Harper, Mark and Mike, we would have purchased a different vehicle somewhere else. Thank you Shannon, Mark and Mike for all of your help. We're customers for life! More

Always great service and work My wife and I both own Acura's bought from Harper Acura. Each time we interact with Harper employees, be it front desk, service, sales, parts, financ My wife and I both own Acura's bought from Harper Acura. Each time we interact with Harper employees, be it front desk, service, sales, parts, finance, or support we are treated with respect. We always feel appreciated. Recently, my wife was shopping for a new car. She looked at / considered a wide range of vehicles online and via conversations with friends. She narrowed the list to three, then discounted one prior to driving it simply based on the fit and finish of the product on the lot. She then drove one vehicle, liked it and was likely going to buy it. She then decided to go on and drive the MDX (the second of the two she had narrowed her list too) just to be sure. Once she drove the vehicle, and experienced how we were treated at Harper, she completely discounted the other vehicle and only wanted the MDX. Fortunately, Harper had a MDX with the options she wanted on the lot that day. It was priced fairly, and we closed the deal in just a few minutes. No long negotiations, no haggling, no arm twisting, no "what can we do today", no screaming about low rates , just simple professional business done well. More
