I confess I had a negative bias because I had heard negative things about arrogant sales staff, particularly toward young single women. (I'm neither young nor single but still want to see them treated well.). The rumors could not have been less accurate. Billy Morton is both passionate and informed. He was warm without being pushy. Pricing was fair (including trade in value) and not really an issue. I ended up leasing which I have never done before. He made even the math simple. Plus I love the car. No talking to the manager. No feeling that I got out haggled. None of it. Just a financial transaction with some excitement attached to it. More
