This was NOT the case when my husband and I walked into Harper Acura on Saturday. Billy Morton met us at the door, and he was friendly, low-key, helpful, and informative. No pressure-- just a sincere interest in helping us find whatever we needed. After a test drive, we decided to buy an MDX. The negotiation process was smooth, fast, and comfortable. We ended up with a fair price (no surprise add-ons), and the finance guy (Tom) was equally easy to work with. We left the dealership driving our new MDX, thrilled with the car and very happy about the purchase experience. We highly recommend this dealership. More

With a limited income she could not afford to purchase another vehicle. I had been searching for months and was worried we would regret any decision we made and end up with a lemon. We stopped at Harper Acura fifteen minutes before closing. Billy assisted us with all our questions. He wasn't pushy and he was very personable and easy to talk with. Even though it was closing time he still checked on things for us and allowed us to test drive a used Acura MDX. We were very pleased with the quality of the used vehicles on the lot. Billy told us that Harper is very selective on vehicles they place on their lot and that gave us piece of mind. I am glad that we were able to find a reputable dealership that cares about their customers. It makes me want to come back the next time we purchase a vehicle. Billy made it very easy to purchase this car and worked with us from start to finish. We would definitely recommend seeing Billy at Harper Acura. Also Mom loved her Acura MDX! More

Excellent response to concerns I recently expressed dissatisfaction with service received on Black Friday in a survey from Harper. The service manager called me personally and apol I recently expressed dissatisfaction with service received on Black Friday in a survey from Harper. The service manager called me personally and apologized and set up an appointment for me to bring my Acura back in yesterday. He greeted me personally and took my car for a test drive. As a result of the drive, he thought the torque converter needed to be replaced. I left my car in the hands of Brad Laura (who also graciously apologized for the Black Friday service I received) and provided me with a loaner car because the torque converter replacement was to take two days. I got my car back today and Brad was very helpful. I want to express my thanks to everyone at Harper for the way they responded to my concerns and the way they worked to replace the torque converter in a quick and professional manner. More

Billy looked over the car with me and answered all my questions. I was never rushed by him or Tom to make a decision. They stayed late with me and I drove my car home that night. I highly recommend you giving Billy a call for your car buying needs. More

Decided to come back and purchase the vehicle based on the great experience I received. They took my trade in and gave me a fair deal 3 days later. More
