Before retiring, I was a Regional Sales. Marketing & Technical manager in the High Tech industries so could appreciate Mark's ability to determine and qualify our needs, walk us thru the featurs and advantages of owning an Acura SUV and convert those features and advantages into benefits for us. There was no self centered or forceful behavior on Mark's part which would result in my wife and I taking a walk.
