This however was far from the case in dealing with Billy at Harper Acura! He was very informative and helpful but never pushy! Since I was a first time car buyer I had lots of questions and he was very patient with me during the several days I worked with him until I decided exactly what car I wanted to purchase. He strived to ensure I was well educated and understood all my options which I really appreciated and did not rush me or push me before I was ready. Even after the purchase the follow through has been amazing! It was truly an excellent car buying experience!! More

We spent hours on the internet searching, organizing, and making a list of the ones we wanted to check out. Day 1: the entire day spent at a dealership (we won't mention the name), which turned out to be a waste. Day 2: continued to spend hours upon hours searching online. Day 3: we stopped at 3 car lots, test drove some vehicles, and made a 'list' of possibles. We then drive to Harper to check out a Toyota RAV4, which I originally had no interest in, but my wife insisted. Long story short, if we would have started here we could have saved so much time and energy. The entire experience, from the time we walked in until the time we drove off in our newly owned Toyota, was the most relaxed, hassle free, consumer oriented, hassle free experience we have ever had. Billy Morton, our sales guy, was amazing and did anything he could to help us out with our needs. From now on, this will be our first stop when searching for a future new/used vehicle! More

Billy Morton was very knowledgeable on the technology and provided significant hints on how to use most of the features. Of the 8 cars I have bought in the past this has been the best. Great experience I purchased my 2015 RDX from Joey Tipton. Yesterday, I took it in for service and talked with Brad Laura. I have also talked by phone with Richard Tom I purchased my 2015 RDX from Joey Tipton. Yesterday, I took it in for service and talked with Brad Laura. I have also talked by phone with Richard Tompa. All three provide great customer service. It is obvious that taking care of the customer is stressed at every level at Harper. I can't imagine better service any where else. More

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he did not pressure me at any point in my decision-making. Recently, I scheduled my first service appointment for routine maintenance. Every employee I dealt with was polite and accommodating. The service was performed in an efficient manner, and the waiting time was minimal. I love being a part of the Harper family! More
